Jerome Dwight, named one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 by the Globe and Mail, is an international author, speaker, and executive leader with a record of providing strategic leadership to organizations in technology, financial services, media, e-commerce, automotive and software services.

He is the former CEO of Bank of New York Mellon Canada and has also served in executive roles as Global Market Head-RBC Global Wealth Management and Canadian Executive, Vice President, Cox Enterprise (Canada).   Dwight was previously CFO for Canadian private equity firm Bayshore Capital where he led acquisitions & exit transactions in technology and financial services.  He is a sought-after advisor to family offices, private equity firms, founders and start-ups on non-conventional financing, restructurings, merger & acquisitions and exit transactions.

Dwight received an MBA from York University’s Schulich School of Business and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Accountant (CA-CPA) designation. In 2020, Dwight was recognized by the Canadian Lenders Association as one of top 25 Lending Executives in Canada.  Dwight is also a recipient of the Award of Distinction conferred by the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Canada).
