It reflects the diverse voices in organizations, communities and society and provide a platform for courageous conversations that inspire actions and solutions for our collective future in which BIPOC individuals can grow, thrive and contribute to change.

A curated conversation with our thought leader on transformation and belonging as crucial agents  of change in organization, community and people. Perspectives and techniques on transformation and belonging techniques and strategies and their importance in building resilient and inclusive workplace.

In this segment, hear from Antoine Mindjimba, Associate Partner at Ernst & Young (EY). Antoine will share with you what EY  is doing to further foster and amplify their culture for diversity, inclusion and belonging. Then leveraging their leadership and experience for change in the corporate world.

A curated conversation with our speakers on equity, diversity and inclusion that explores best practices, key strategies and meaningful actions that are vital to building a progressive organizational culture that incorporates our individual and collective potential for BIPOC professionals.

Hear from Tashia Batstone, Senior Vice-President External Relations and Business Development, and Andrea Sewell Co-Chair Diversity and Inclusion Council,  from CPA Canada. 

 

In this segment Tashia and Andrea will share initiatives and insights for CPA's to support, foster and advocate change, to amplify equity, diversity and inclusion in Corporate Canada.

Empowering Indigenous Women Entrepreneurship and Economic Mobility
