Mona Ghiami is the Chief Inclusion Officer (CIO) at PwC Canada and a member of the Extended
Leadership Team. Mona also represents Canada as its Territory Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Leader in
PwC’s Global Network. As CIO, Mona advises the CEO and Canadian Leadership Team on D&I matters. She is responsible for developing the firm’s D&I strategy, national programming and oversees related markets and people initiatives, including playing an advisory role on New world. New skills. a firm investment in upskilling PwC people to be future-ready to share their knowledge with their clients and communities. Mona’s leadership has helped spark cultural transformation at PwC that has positioned the firm as a role model of inclusive leadership in Canada.
Mona has more than 15 years of leadership and speaking experience and is often sought after for her
extensive expertise and insight in inclusion. She works closely with clients, assisting them with
implementing inclusive workplace strategies connected to their business priorities. Mona holds a CPA, CA and is a Bachelor of Science undergraduate in BioPsychology from the University of British Columbia. She is on the Board of Directors of the Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation, as well as the Board of Directors of Informed Opinions (whose mission is to amplify women’s voices). Mona is also the former Chair of the Board of Directors at the Boys & Girls Club of Ontario.
