Michael is a seasoned executive in the financial services industry with a career spanning 25 years at local and global institutions particularly in Banking, Capital Markets and Wealth Management. Currently, he is Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel at Richardson GMP acting as an executive officer leading the risk, legal and compliance functions supporting the overall business strategy and execution.

Michael is currently Board Secretary for Sistema Toronto, former Chair and Board Member of Toronto City Mission, Former Grad Ball chair for Pathways to Education, and a Founding Member of the Black Opportunity Fund.
